Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to your provided address. If they are unable to reach you at the time of delivery, they may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

At Aulgaria, we ensure that your products reach you safely and in perfect condition. All products are packed in sturdy boxes designed to protect them during transit. Each item is carefully wrapped in protective cushioning material to prevent any damage during shipping.

Aulgaria currently ships across India (Pan-India). We aim to deliver our products to as many locations as possible through our trusted courier partners.

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Are there any shipping charges?

- Orders below ₹1000: ₹100 shipping fee
- Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping across India
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes. An additional ₹100 COD handling charge may apply to COD orders.
Return Policy
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.aulgaria.com. Products once purchased are generally non-refundable, except in specific situations.
An item may be eligible for return within 4 days of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
- The product was received in a physically damaged condition
- A wrong product was delivered
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within 4 days of receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If cancelled successfully, the refund will be issued as store credit. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
